Body Mountain

Give this exercise a try as a warm-up, or part of a full body circuit!

Get yourself a little heavier dumbbell that makes you a little uncomfortable, should feel like it’s pulling your entire body toward the floor. Using your abs, to stabilize your spine and stay upright, hold the dumbbell in front of you like you’re presenting a shiny iron goblet or flower. Then walk!
