1 Simple Exercise to Isolate Your Rotator Cuff!
Your Rotator Cuff is actually a group of 4 muscles and tendons. (suprispinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis) It is what a literally attaches to the bone and pull on the humerus that allows you to have the full range of motion that you can. Then you have other muscles on top of it, like your deltoids.
A lot of times our deltoids can dominate and take over, and your rotator cuff muscles get neglected.
Check out this simple exercise you can start doing daily (or every other day) and look for the next video, next week on how to foam roll your shoulder and chest!
