The water cut is an important part to discuss and have a game plan for when getting close to a competition. The water cut is a process leading up to the final days before a show, where you go through a process of pushing all of the water out of your body. This is done to look as lean and dry as possible on stage, showing off cuts and vascularity as much as possible. Some people naturally retain more water than others so it’s a good idea to get some advice from someone who has done it before and can tell what would be good for you, or at least have a good idea, and maybe try another process for your next show.
In this video, Tucker and myself (Reidland Tucker, yes, my last name is his first name) talk about where we are right now being 3 weeks out from the show and what changes will start to be made and discuss what way of cutting water would be good for me, and what would be good for him, as our bodies are in fact different.
Check it out, ask questions, and let us know what you think!
