Faster is a 6 week program, 3 days a week, working with high school and college athletes to truly get you faster. No matter what sport you play. Faster is avaialble for indivuduals outside of high school and college, ask for details.
1 hour, 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 11am.
Faster Starts Monday, June 26th at 11am!
You can only be as fast as your brain can think, and be aware of your body and surroundings.
