For Men & Women! Chopping wood, carrying bails of hay, swinging ropes, things every human should be able to do. Learn how to properly swing the sledgehammer, perform farmers carries, sling battle ropes, and sculpt a lean physique, and see the fat fall off with this Mountain Man circuit.

A 45 minute muscle building cardio, class shaping the glutes, quads, and hamstrings, and abs. Shape and tone lean muscle, shred fat. You don't even have to touch a weight.

While enjoying a pleasant 360° view of Uptown Dallas' Harwoord District, come prepared to be stretched, sweat, and become more tone, lean and slender in one of our Power Flow or Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes taught by Olivia Abigail.
