“Day 0” is modeled after day 0 pick up when soldiers first step off of the bus and are met face to face with their new motivator/coach. We use body weight/HIIT techniques for a total body workout in just 45 minutes.
Taught by John Burk himself, the trainer that has appeared on the “The Doctors” and is currently the blue team cadre member on season 2 of American Grit. He served 13 years in the United States Army Infantry training soldiers for combat. He also served as a drill sergeant at Fort Benning GA. He himself being a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, John knows how to bring out the best in people.
